Step by step directions for demo

 

o       TURN ON YOUR PHONE*

o       Open Symbine.com in browser

o       Go through OMP Presentation

o       Show or hand out the OMP Features

o       On the Symbine.com home page click the OMP Portal link
Campaign Manager Ok’es Appt.

o       Log in as joedemo joedemo {the campaign manager}
Explain that this system constantly checks our Saleslogix CRM for appointments made by T/M’s. Your role as campaign manager is one of Q/A who approves the appointment to be sent to the sales manager ate the Insurance Co.

o       Click the campaign manager tab

o       Click a letter (a, b, c…) or ‘search now’ to display all appointments
Note that the checks indicate that the appt was approved

o       Open one that was not approved {unchecked} with the pencil link

o       Click the approved check and hit the update link at the bottom of the screen
Explain that in addition to approving the appt that it is now available to the sales manager and that emails and wireless alerts have also been sent.

o       The phone should have beeped –Show them the message

o       Log out of the system – link on top left
Show generated email merges

o       Open mail.symbine.com in a browser

o       Check and show emails

o       Note the 2 parts of the email the notification and confirmation; which can be copied into word for printing and mailing.

o       Close email window
Sales Manager Assigns Appointment to Producer

o       Log in as jafdemo jafdemo {the insurance company’s sales manager}
Explain that the sales manager will see only ok’ed appointments

o       Click the sales manager tab

o       Click a letter (a, b, c…) or ‘search now’ to display all appointments

o       Open an appointment with the pencil link

o       Scroll to the assigned producer {if already assigned, hit back button and pick another one}

o       Select a producer from the list

o       Click the update button

o       In about 5+ seconds he phone should have beeped –Show them the message
Explain that now the producer will automatically receive an alert and can now log into the portal and view/update information.

o       *Click the sales manager “list view button”

o       *Click the edit sales button
Explain that here is where they can quickly enter sales closed information

o        Log out of the system – link on top left
